- Added this news file and link :-)  This is just ramblings on
  progress with work on the photoalbum, since I am only working
  on it in dribs and drabs;

- Got the slideshow working!

- Only slideshows of a category possible atm (eventually should be
  able to have slideshows of your favourites);

- neato refresh rate thing where each registered user can configure
  their own customised rate-of-change of pictures in the slideshow.
  This is stored so that next time they login it is preset.  Not
  logged in/not registered ppl get a standard 4 sec refresh rate;

- need to add slideshow links to normal detail view;

- Fixed a bug in the detail navigation menu, in some cases (only
  in "Uncategorised" section?) "previous photo" never appeared and
  "next" was not really next;
